Altitude Workforce Solutions (Pty) Ltd, (AWS), is a Temporary Employment Service (TES), providing innovative and creative staffing solutions through the recruitment, placement and employment of persons with disabilities in South Africa.

AWS is a BBBEE company and has taken empowerment through all levels of occupations. Fourty five percent of the company is owned by the staff in the form of an Empowerment Trust.

AWS maintains, supplies, manages and supervises a flexible dynamic workforce that is capable of providing a solution to the most complex of staffing situations within a labour intensive environment. AWS provides a contracted workforce to a client over a specified period to perform specific work functions on the premises of the client or at a mutually suitable venue off-premise.

This includes general workers, supervisors, managers, forklift operators, clerks, etc. Altitude operates in various industries which include food and beverage , manufacturing, cosmetics, insurance and retail sector, focusing mainly on the provision of unskilled and semi-skilled staff.
